With over 15 years of specialised experience, Mr Presser is recognised for his expertise in risk management, safety, operations, and vocational training across the leisure, recreation, amusement, and tourism industries - inclusive of coastal and natural waterways.

His career spans both across national and international jurisdictions, supporting high-risk and emerging industries such as surf parks, aquatic facilities, adventure tourism, and coastal public spaces. Mr Presser is widely regarded for his ability to design and lead enterprise-wide risk, health, and safety systems that integrate regulatory obligations with operational and strategic priorities. His contributions have supported incident prevention, legal compliance, and cultural change within complex and dynamic public-facing environments.

Mr Presser has held senior leadership roles, including National WHSE Manager for a multi-site leisure and hospitality organisation, and Operations & Risk Manager for Australia’s first commercial surf park. In the latter, he led the implementation of integrated governance, emergency response, and operational systems in a previously unregulated setting receiving formal recognition from safety regulators for innovation and leadership in safety.

As Principal Consultant of Aquatic Risk Services Australia, Mr Presser provides expert witness services, litigation support, and strategic consultancy to legal firms, insurers, regulators, and government entities. He also delivers nationally accredited training in aquatic safety, emergency response, and high-risk operations.

Mr Presser’s qualifications include a Master of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Health (Workplace Health & Safety), Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership, and tertiary credentials in emergency management and leadership.
