Brett Anderson is the founder of Successful Projects with 27 years of experience in the construction industry, including 12 years in Project Superintendence, project advisory, and educating the public in the planning and project management of projects, and the practical application of the Australian Standards contracts.

I focus on the processes required to efficiently and effectively plan and manage projects, improve transparency and accountability among stakeholders, control cost; and avoid, minimise, or resolve claims and disputes during the construction project lifecycle.

My approach is successful in methods for delivering projects, based on detailed and thorough planning and scheduling of the works, aligning the form of Contract and contract clauses with the project requirement, and rigorously but inclusively delivering on each stage of the project.
