Carol Young is an experienced, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS) and Conflict Management Coach (CINERGY).

She has expertise in conducting complex Occupational Therapy Assessments as it relates to support needs, equipment needs and home modifications.

She has had extensive experience in completing Independent Occupational Therapy Assessments for in preparation for legal proceedings. She completes these assessments in Victoria, Interstate and Internationally as requested.

She provides therapy support under various jurisdictions inclusive of Workers Compensation, Transport Accident Commission and NDIS. She completes complex assessments and provides OT related intervention relating to various medical conditions with multifactorial variables. Her experience is in working with people with high support needs.

Carol has worked internally within organisations and has also owned and managed an Occupational Rehabilitation and OHS Business. she is currently a Director of Occupational Wellness - an Occupational Therapy and OHS Practice and Thriving People - a Cultural Improvement Organisation.
