Additional Information
An engineering manager with 25 years of management, design, construction and commercial experience in a wide range of transport infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on solving technical challenges of complex, large scale, design-and-build underground projects and on tunnelling risk management. My experience spans all phases of project delivery for a number of award-winning urban rail projects; from feasibility study, business case development, concept design, planning approval, detailed design, procurement/tender to construction. I have delivered surface and underground civil works (slope works, retaining structures, bridges/viaducts, foundations and deep excavations) and metro, railway, road, cable and hydraulic tunnels (TBM, NATM/D&B and cut & cover) in various soil and rock conditions, having worked for designers, clients and contractors in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. My major project portfolio encompasses urban rail, highway/road, hydropower, airport and seaport projects.
