Phil is forensic accountant with 25 years of experience in acting for clients on high-profile and high value disputes at a Big-4 accounting firm and at international disputes consulting firms. He has been instructed as an expert in litigation and international arbitration proceedings, and as an expert determiner.
He has broad sector experience including electricity generation (oil, gas, solar and hydro), oil and gas production, construction, transportation, metal production, banking, TMT, retail and manufacturing industries.
He has extensive international experience having assisted clients in numerous jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Mainland China, South Korea, UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East.
