Roger Franklin brings over 30 years of experience in providing engineering expertise in relation to concrete. Roger has advised in respect of concrete technology and remediation advice to various fields, including resources, marine, and industry/manufacturing. In addition to his expertise in respect oc concrete, Roger is well-versed in infrastructure matters, including road and rail, mining and marine. Roger also is regularly engaged as an expert witness in engineering disputes where he provides professional opinions throughout Australia and internationally in Courts and Tribunals.
