I am a Certified Practising Valuer (without limitation) and an admitted Solicitor, specialising in property law and the legal frameworks governing property valuation in New South Wales. My qualifications led to my appointment to the Board of the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI), the professional governing body for valuers in Australia, where I served as a Director for eight years.

I have also been elected to the Land Valuation Advisory Group, a select panel of senior property professionals in NSW chaired by the NSW Valuer General. In this role, I contributed to high-level advisory work on valuation standards and practice across the state.

My practice covers all classes of property valuation, ranging from straightforward residential assessments through to complex, contentious, and litigious matters. I am regularly engaged as an expert witness across multiple jurisdictions in NSW, providing independent valuation evidence in legal proceedings.

In addition to my professional practice, I have acted as legal counsel to the Australian Valuers Institute, delivered guest lectures and CPD presentations for practising valuers, and continue to mentor registered valuers and student valuers across NSW.

I am also the author of Property Valuations in NSW: The Definitive Guide, a widely regarded industry reference.

On selected legal matters, I continue to provide specialist advisory services drawing on both my legal and valuation expertise.
